Sarah Gueltzow, Territory Manager for  NY, NJ

I have over a decade of industry experience working on the distribution side as a Branch Manager and as a TM in NYS, West Chester and Northern New Jersey. I am continuously striving towards creating the ultimate customer service experience.

Ronnie Graddy, Territory Manager for Southern AL and Southern GA

My name is Ronnie Graddy and I am the territory manager for South Georgia and South Alabama. I was in Law Enforcement for 27 years before retiring in 2016. I spent 5 years in outside sales before joining the JB Warranty team. I am passionate about my customers and what JB represents. Alex Brandt, Territory Manager for Southern CA

My name is Alex Brandt, I am the Territory Manager for Southern California. I was born and raised in Riverside and I worked as a third-generation contractor for many years and in many capacities. I’ve done everything from Residential to commercial. I transitioned to sales manager for Solar and now working with HVAC/Plumbing contractors. I also started my own beef jerky business for fun. I am proud to have joined the JB Warranties family in 2021. I am passionate about entrepreneurship and helping businesses grow. Tate Nivens, Territory Manager for Northern TX

Jacob Worthen, Territory Manager for Idaho

My name is Jacob Worthen, I am the new territory manager for Idaho. I am new to the HVAC industry but have experience in sales and working in the trade industry. I am very excited for my opportunity and to take my new career head-on. I grew up in the Southeastern part of Idaho and have since spent a few years working in Western Montana and Western North Dakota. I am beyond excited to get back home and get boots on the ground for JB Warranties.

Clay Hobbs, Great Lakes Regional Manager

I joined the JB Warranties Team in 2018 as a Territory Manager over Dallas/Fort Worth. I currently serve as the Regional Sales Manager with a team serving contractors across the Great Lakes.  I began my career in the HVAC industry in 2011 working for a local Lennox Dealer. From there, I was recruited to build and operate 2 HVAC Technician Training Centers.  When I’m not busy working with HVAC Contractors around the country, I enjoy boiling spicy seafood with my friends and family and traveling the world.
