Maritza Cabrera was assigned a small portal that consists of two counties within the Dallas - Fort Worth metroplex where we are headquartered, a territory that has been worked pretty consistently over the last 10 years.
After about 90 days of training, in addition to her time spent as a customer service rep, she was given the green light to go full-time outside sales in April. Since April 1st, Maritza has taken a territory and more than doubled it. In the last 4 months, she has sold a substantial amount in two counties in DFW. She nearly tripled last year’s numbers for the month of July alone.
We set a conservative goal for Maritza that took into account her dual role of customer service/entry level sales and as of July 25th, she has surpassed the annual goal. So, congratulations are in order for Maritza and I cannot wait to see how she finishes the year, she is on pace to more than double last year’s sales in her portal with a strong finish.
