John Robert joined the company in August of 2018 as Territory Manager in Houston, Texas, after graduating from Texas Tech University. John spent most of his time as a Territory Manager, consulting with contractors and working with our distribution partners throughout greater Houston.
In March of 2020, JB Warranties created a new position specifically for John, and he was promoted to Account Manager on our National Accounts team. John is dedicated to supporting our manufacturing partners, and he has worked diligently to educate thousands of contractors on the robust dealer program offerings available to our customer base.
John has quickly established himself as one of the subject matter experts in the elite dealer programs and is a go-to resource for customers and JBW employees alike.

My father was in the military, so I moved a lot as a kid. My favorite time of the year is Winter. And I prefer going to the mountains than the beach! Huge nerd when it comes to how I spend my free time.
